Who we are
This website is operated by WISIT Digital Innovation Labs Private Limited (“WISIT”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle information in connection with this website. WISIT products used by hotels and their guests may be covered by separate agreements and notices.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you use the “Book a demo” form, email WizBiz@wisit.in or use the WISIT enquiry page, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, work email, phone number, property or company details and your message.
- Technical information. Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure that delivers this site may process standard request information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the time of the request, so that the site can be delivered and protected.
This website has no user accounts and does not ask for payment details.
Demo and contact submissions
When you send the “Book a demo” form, we receive your name, work email, property name and property type, the page you sent it from, and any campaign tags in the link that brought you to the site (for example utm_source). We use them to reply to your request. Our service providers process this information so that we can receive and manage enquiries.
The other demonstrations on this website, including the guest phone, the language switch, the request journeys and the Guest Value calculator, run in your browser with illustrative data. The assumptions you enter are not sent or saved.
How we use information
We use information you send us to:
- reply to your enquiry and arrange the demos or conversations you ask for;
- provide the information about WISIT that you request;
- operate, maintain and protect this website; and
- meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and third parties
We use service providers to host this website, to receive and manage enquiries sent through it, and to run our email.
This website links to third-party services, such as Instagram, X and LinkedIn. They handle information under their own policies, which we do not control. The fonts and images on this website are served with the site itself, not loaded from third-party services.
When you choose a currency other than US dollars in the Guest Value calculator, your browser requests reference exchange rates directly from Frankfurter (api.frankfurter.dev), an open exchange-rate service. Like any website, it receives your IP address and standard browser information with that request. Nothing you enter in the calculator is sent.
Data retention
The calculators and other demonstrations on this website do not retain what you enter. We keep demo requests and correspondence you send us only for as long as they are needed to respond, to continue a conversation you have started, or to meet legal obligations.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. No website or internet transmission is completely secure. Read more about our approach on the Security page.
Your choices
You can use this website without sending us any personal information.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you have sent us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing WizBiz@wisit.in. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under applicable data-protection law.
This website is intended for hotel and hospitality professionals and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy as the website and WISIT’s services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
